Delivery & Return of Your Shoes

Estimated Delivery Time

From point of order, your shoes should take no longer than 14 working days for delivery.  Should we experience any issue with this timescale we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.


We generally use a 2 day courier service to deliver shoes to our customers.  You’ll receive a confirmation email from us when the package has been transferred to the courier, in most cases this email will also include information on how to track your order.


In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong shoes, or they are faulty, we will arrange for collection by courier and replace or refund your purchase.  If you wish to return the shoes for any other reason, you will have 30 days to advise us and return the shoes. This is to be done at the customers expense unless a returns service has been agreed with the customer prior to ordering.

International Shipping

We are based in the UK.  We do ship to other countries, rates for international shipping can be viewed during the checkout process, international shipments take 3 to 5 days from point of despatch.


Within 7 working days

We aim to deliver customers orders within 7 working days from the point of ordering.  If we believe we’re going to fall short of this window we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.


We use a courier to complete your order

We use a variety of couriers and tend to dispatch via their 2 day service.  You’ll receive an email from us confirming your parcel dispatch and providing tracking if it’s available.
